Jennifer M. Paine is the managing attorney for Pinnacle Family Law.
Ms. Paine is a graduate of Albion College and MSU College of Law.
She is a frequent speaker and volunteer for college, law college and civics programs, and she has been featured in USA Today, Primerus, Primerus International, Huffington Post and the Associated Press.
Ms. Paine practices in the areas of domestic relations, estate planning and probate litigation. She is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the US Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. She has also been admitted pro hac vice in several jurisdictions. She is a volunteer with HAVEN, the US Department of Justice's Hague Convention/Anti-Kidnapping Campaign and Lakeshore Legal Aid. She is a published author for ICLE. She has received professional recognition with Super Lawyers, Hour Detroit and the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Ms. Paine is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section, Women Lawyers of Michigan and the Oakland and Detroit Bar Associations.
In her free time, she is an avid runner and volunteer for local animal shelters.
